People that are fifteen, sixteen, seventeen years old, music is their life. And the idea that they can’t go see a band because they’re not old enough just doesn’t make any sense at all. To me, playing a show where people under the age of eighteen or under the age of twenty one are not allowed in is the same thing as not allowing women in, or Asians. It’s a significant part of the population that’s been ruled out for what reason? I’ve never played a show, knowingly at least, that wasn’t all ages. Music is for all people, that’s clear. And I don’t know why other people would ever accept conditions that were set by an industry as insidious as the alcohol industry. Why is music treated as a sideline to a party? To just getting fucked up, I just don’t understand it.

As some of you may know my best friend was diagnosed a few years ago with Multiple Sclerosis. I’ll avoid all the sappy details but needless to say it’s horrible. I’m selling the skeleton iron ons and all profits will go to the National MS Society.
Ready to Iron-On ribcage and arm bones.
Steps: 1. Find a piece of clothing you’d like to use. Make sure it can be ironed or it won’t work and you’ll ruin the clothing. 2. Peel off backing on bones. 3. Place the bones ADHESIVE SIDE DOWN. 5. Place damp cloth over bones and iron for 30 seconds. Once cooled check to make sure they stuck, if not iron again.
If fabric has a lot of stretch this may prevent them from staying. When you put it on it will pull at the adhesion so just keep that in mind when choosing your piece of clothing.
Order here.

Look rad and give to a good cause at the same time. Win win situation.

You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.

Opinions are like assholes. But haters ARE assholes.

There’s a difference between OPINION and HATE, and I think it’s time we drew the difference.

Tonight, an erudite and composed (yet justifiably irate) thehundreds.com reader tweeted me, calling me out for what he considered was an ignorant…
